1. Wipe the injection port with an alcohol swab and flame-sterilize your needle
2. Inject liquid culture or spore solution through the port
3. Store at room temperature in a dark location
4. Shake the bag to distribute colonized grain as it grows
5. Use the fully colonized grain to spawn to substrate
